Q: Can you custom make a dress?

A: Yes for sure, we can make any dresses for you based on pictures. Please feel free to send us pictures or idea for your dress at service@mumuleo.com, then we will offer you quotation.

Q: How does it work?

A: Get design you want -- We quote -- You pay -- We sew the dress -- Finished photos for your approval & ship --- Delivery & feedback.

Q:How long does it takes to receive my order?

A: Normally speaking we need 15-25 days to custom make your dress, and then 5-7 working days to deliver it to your door. That means you will receive your dress 3-4 weeks after payment. For some difficult design, we will let you know in case we need more time. Rush order available with extra fee, you can just contact us for help if you need dresses urgently.

Q: Can i cancel my order?

A: You can cancel before shipment, you can cancel it by contacting our service team. Please kindly note there might be some charge on cancellation depending on process as most of our gowns are made to order, fabric and dresses might not be able to use as they are custom make for your orders.

Q:Do you ship to my country?

A: Yes we offer worldwide free shipping for all dresses.

Q:How long is the delivery time?

A: Shipping takes 5-10 working days normally speaking.

Q:How can i pay ?

A: You can pay by visa/paypal/Bank Transfer, Western Union, and MoneyGram.

Q:Where can I redeem my voucher or discount code?

A:During checkout, you have the option to enter the specific code, it will be applied to the whole shopping cart.
